About us
Who we are
Creating sustainable change through compassion, innovation, and community partnerships.
Established on 24th May 1976, Rotary Club of Khammam has been a frontline force in social service and community upliftment. Inspired by the leadership of Sri N. Madhura Babu, then Chairman of Nagarjuna Grameena Bank, the club was formed with a vision to bring meaningful change to the lives of the underprivileged.
For over four decades, Rotary Khammam has served as a dependable, people-centred NGO focusing on health, housing, education, rehabilitation, youth development, and rural empowerment.
What began as a small group of service-minded individuals has now grown into a highly respected organization known for its integrity, commitment, and measurable impact.
Our approach
Our Mission
Our mission is to implement long-term, service-driven initiatives that address critical community needs. We work relentlessly to support healthcare accessibility, empower marginalized families, uplift persons with disabilities, promote education and youth development, and create infrastructures that improve the quality of life. Every project we undertake is guided by integrity, transparency, and a deep commitment to humanitarian service.
Our Vision
Our vision is to build a compassionate, inclusive, and empowered society where every individual—regardless of economic or social background—has access to healthcare, housing, dignity, and opportunity. Through sustainable projects, community partnerships, and a spirit of volunteerism, we aim to transform Khammam into a healthier, stronger, and more equitable community for future generations.
